While avaranhandloom.com strives to provide accurate product name and weaving style information we cannot provide precise authenticity / geo location / physical location of the origin of any product since a product can come through multiple layers of weavers, suppliers, 3rd party vendors before finally being sold on our website. avaranhandloom.com does not provide any GI tag / labels / written certificate of authenticity for any of its products sold on the website. In situations where the product does come with a GI tag or any form of authenticity document it would be explicitly mentioned in the product details of the product listing page. The above is especially applicable and not just restricted to products such as "Kanjivarams", "Pochampally", "Ikkat", "Khadi" etc because these are weaving styles and not necessarily always have to originate from a specific geo physical location. avaranhandloom.com strives to provide as much details of a product as available at time of procurement such as fabric, color, weaving style (Banarasi / Kanjivaram / Khadi etc) and weaving mechanism (Handloom vs Powerloom etc). A "buyer" on avaranhandloom.com needs to explicitly request for more information using the contact form on our website if she / he has any questions / concerns regarding the details of a product at the time of purchase. All concerns should be clarified before making the actual purchase.

While avaranhandloom.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur, avaranhandloom.com cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, avaranhandloom.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, avaranhandloom.com may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. We strive to provide you with the best prices. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price in a store. In our effort to be the lowest price provider in your particular geographic region, store pricing may sometimes differ from online prices. Prices and availability are subject to change without any Prior notice.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorisation for any transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

avaranhandloom.com has listed out the Return Policy elaborately in the Return Policy section of the website. A "buyer" is assumed to have gone through the return policy and accepted the conditions stated on the Return Policy as terms of the purchase.

Cancellation - Customer can request for cancellation of order on avaranhandloom.com via email or whatsapp or phone upto 24 hrs of placing order provided the order has not been shipped out and tracking sent to customer. No cancellation request will be accepted after order has been shipped. At that point normal Return Policy norms will be applied. If cancellation request is accepted, full refund will be issued within 48 hrs. The refund amount will be credited to customer bank account / to the original mode of payment in 7-10 business days (time taken by payment gateway and bank processing time involved).

For "cancelled order" refund prior to ship out full refund would be issued within 48 hrs and the refund amount will be credited to customer bank account / original mode of payment account in 7-10 business days (time taken by payment gateway and bank processing time involved). For "return order" refunds, the final amount to be refunded will be determined as per the Return Policy of the website. Customer has to reach out to avaranhandloom.com within 48 hrs of order shipment receive for any returns. No returns / refunds requests will be accepted beyond 7 days of order shipment receive. Final refund amount (as determined post deductions etc defined in Return Policy) will be issued within 48 hrs.
